本研究旨在比较利奥西呱（Riociguat）与溶媒对照（Vehicle control）处理后人造血干细胞及祖细胞的差异基因表达情况。整体实验设计：以人类脐带血CD34+细胞为研究对象，经利奥西呱或溶媒对照处理16小时后，检测其mRNA表达谱。
