1000 SNPs had outlier values for all three introgression statistics: RD, Q95, and U20. Columns 1–13 are: 1) Chromosome; 2) Position; 3) rsID; 4) GTEx SNP ID. "NA" indicates the SNP is not an eQTL in GTEx; 5) Modern human allele; 6) Neanderthal allele; 7) Neanderthal allele frequency, 8) Ensembl gene id, 9) Gene symbol, 10) 50 kb genomic window where SNP resides, 11) RD statistic, 12) Q95 statistic, 13) U20 statistic. 共有1000个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）在RD、Q95和U20这三个渐渗统计量中均呈现异常值。该数据集的第1至13列依次对应如下信息：1) 染色体；2) 基因组位置；3) rsID；4) GTEx（Genotype-Tissue Expression）数据库SNP编号，其中“NA”表示该SNP在GTEx数据库中不属于表达数量性状基因座（expression Quantitative Trait Locus, eQTL）；5) 现代人等位基因；6) 尼安德特人等位基因；7) 尼安德特人等位基因频率；8) Ensembl基因编号；9) 基因符号；10) 该SNP所在的50 kb基因组窗口；11) RD统计量；12) Q95统计量；13) U20统计量。(TXT格式)
