ABSD is a standardized, automatically updated and non-redundant repository of public antibody sequences gathered from PDB, GenBank, IMGT, UniProt, INN and other sources. Users can filter by species, disease, clonality or metadata tags and download unique heavy–light variable-region pairs to build bespoke AI-ready datasets.

ABSD是一个标准化、可自动更新且无冗余的公共抗体序列库，其数据源自PDB、GenBank、IMGT、UniProt、INN等多个公开数据源。用户可按物种、疾病、克隆性或元数据标签进行筛选，并下载唯一的重链-轻链可变区配对序列，以构建定制化的适配AI训练的数据集。
