The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome-wide Nm-seq on the poly A+ RNA of wild-type Raw264.7 macrophages to transcriptome-wide Nm-seq on the poly A+ RNA of Raw264.7 macrophages after VSV infection . The Nm-seq profiles of wild-type Raw264.7 poly A+ RNA and VSV infected Raw264.7 poly A+ RNA were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq4000 sequencer. 本研究旨在对比野生型Raw264.7巨噬细胞聚腺苷酸化(poly A+) RNA的全转录组Nm-seq,与水疱性口炎病毒(Vesicular Stomatitis Virus, VSV)感染后的Raw264.7巨噬细胞聚腺苷酸化RNA的全转录组Nm-seq。野生型Raw264.7巨噬细胞聚腺苷酸化RNA与VSV感染的Raw264.7巨噬细胞聚腺苷酸化RNA的Nm-seq图谱,均经Illumina HiSeq4000测序仪进行深度测序获得。本数据集涵盖带有或不带有VSV感染的Raw264.7巨噬细胞聚腺苷酸化RNA的全转录组Nm-seq数据。
