All genes identified have more than 100 average counts in at least one collection point. Identified genes are considered differentially expressed if they have at least a 50% change between the highest and lowest levels at different collection points and have an FDR<0.05.所有已鉴定的基因在至少一个采集点的平均计数均大于100。若已鉴定的基因在不同采集点的最高与最低表达水平间的变化幅度至少达到50%，且错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）小于0.05，则将其视为差异表达基因。
