Bacterial production of bulk water and large volume samples taken aboard the R/V Endeavor EN638, May 2019 in the Northern Atlantic.

<p>Bacterial production was estimated from 3H-leucine incorporation by heterotrophic bacteria using a cold trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and microcentrifuge extraction method (Kirchman, 2001).&nbsp; All work and incubations were performed in a UNOLS isotope lab.</p>采用冷三氯乙酸（trichloroacetic acid, TCA）结合微量离心提取法（Kirchman, 2001），通过异养细菌对3H-亮氨酸（3H-leucine）的掺入量估算细菌生产力。所有实验及培养操作均在UNOLS同位素实验室中完成。
