Bt cross-resistance in Brazilian Spodoptera frugiperda

This study aims to understand patterns of cross-resistance in Spodoptera frugiperda (fall army worm, FAW)by investigating the toxicological profile of a Bt-resistant Brazilian strain (Sf_Des) in comparison toa Bt-susceptible strain (Sf_Bra) at molecular and biochemical levels.本研究旨在明确草地贪夜蛾（Spodoptera frugiperda，俗称秋黏虫（fall army worm, FAW)）的交互抗性模式，通过在分子与生化水平上对比分析对苏云金杆菌（Bt）具有抗性的巴西品系（Sf_Des）与Bt敏感品系（Sf_Bra）的毒理学特征。
