Single-cell ATAC seq analysis of peripheral blood CD4+CD26- T cells from Cutaneous T cell Lymphoma patients

Purpose: Determine the epigenetic and transciptional landscape of CTCL subtypes We isolated malignant CD4+CD26- T cells from 5 CTCL peripheral blood PBMCs and performed 10X ATAC sequencing研究目的：明确皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤（CTCL）亚型的表观遗传与转录组图谱。我们从5例CTCL患者的外周血单个核细胞（PBMC，peripheral blood mononuclear cells）中分离得到恶性CD4+CD26- T细胞，并开展了10X ATAC测序（10X ATAC sequencing）。
