Metagenomic sequencing of watershed microorganisms (PRJCA041306)

This study used metagenomic sequencing technology to investigate the microbial community structure and functional pathways in surface waters of the Fenhe River Basin in China. The project focused on the response of microbial metabolism to dissolved organic matter (DOM).

本研究采用宏基因组测序（metagenomic sequencing）技术，对中国汾河流域地表水中的微生物群落结构与功能通路展开探究，并重点关注微生物代谢对溶解性有机质（dissolved organic matter, DOM）的响应。
