数据来源于调研问卷回收；目标是以跨省就医用户为调研对象了解其健康信息获取偏好与需求；共有118条有效数据；该数据集使用的调研问卷可经过进一步修改完善用于了解贫困人口的健康信息需求，以实现对贫困人口总体健康信息需求的把握；该数据集的内容可作为异地就医农民健康信息需求水平的参考。This dataset is sourced from collected survey questionnaires. Its core research objective is to explore the health information acquisition preferences and needs of users seeking cross-provincial medical care, with a total of 118 valid data samples included. The survey questionnaire adopted for this dataset can be further modified and refined to investigate the health information needs of the impoverished population, so as to comprehensively grasp the overall health information demands of this group. Furthermore, the content of this dataset can serve as a reliable reference for assessing the health information demand levels of farmers receiving cross-regional medical care.
