De novo integrations validation

Potential Alu integrations were validated with pair of nested PCR primers ('long' in the name of a file - an 'outside' primer pair, 'short' - an 'inside' primer pair). NB! - shHH1 - stable clone 2; shHH6 - stable clone 1.潜在的Alu整合事件采用一对嵌套PCR引物进行验证：文件名中带有'long'的引物对为外侧引物对，带有'short'的引物对为内侧引物对。注意！shHH1对应稳定克隆2；shHH6对应稳定克隆1。
