The number of studies on plant transcriptomes using ONT RNAseq technology is rapidly increasing in recent. It is a powerful method to decipher transcriptomic complexity, particularly alternative splicing (AS) event detection. Citrus plants are the most important widely grown fruit crops. Exploring different AS events in citrus contributes to transcriptome improvement and functional genome study. Here, we performed ONT RNAseq in 9 species (<em>Atalantia buxifolia</em>,<em> Citrus clementina</em>,<em> C. grandis</em>,<em> C. ichangensis</em>,<em> C. reticulata</em>,<em> C. sinensis</em>,<em> Clausena lansium</em>,<em> Fortunella hindsii</em>, and <em>Poncirus trifoliata</em>). The dataset includes the filtered full-length transcripts.
近年来,利用牛津纳米孔技术(Oxford Nanopore Technologies, ONT)RNA测序(RNAseq)开展植物转录组研究的相关报道数量正快速攀升。该技术是解析转录组复杂性的有力工具,尤其在可变剪接(AS)事件检测领域具备显著优势。柑橘属植物是当前广泛栽培的最重要果树作物之一,对其体内各类可变剪接事件的探究,有助于优化转录组注释并推动功能基因组学研究。本研究针对9个物种开展了ONT RNA测序,涉及物种分别为:九里香(*Atalantia buxifolia*)、克里曼丁红橘(*Citrus clementina*)、柚(*C. grandis*)、宜昌橙(*C. ichangensis*)、茶枝柑(*C. reticulata*)、甜橙(*C. sinensis*)、黄皮(*Clausena lansium*)、金豆(*Fortunella hindsii*)以及枳(*Poncirus trifoliata*)。本数据集包含经过质控过滤的全长转录本。
