Impact of Phaeobacter inhibens wildtype and mutants on bacterial communities associated with Thalassiosira rotula

In this project, we aimed at investigating the impact of Phaeobacter inhibens wildtype and two mutants with mutations in the TDA and AHL regulator protein, respectively, on bacterial communities associated with Thalassiosira rotula. Community structures were assessed by Pyrotag sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene.

本研究旨在探究抑制褐杆菌（Phaeobacter inhibens）野生型，以及分别携带TDA调控蛋白、AHL调控蛋白突变的两个突变体，对与旋链海链藻（Thalassiosira rotula）共生的细菌群落的影响。群落结构通过对16S核糖体RNA基因（16S rRNA gene）开展Pyrotag测序（Pyrotag sequencing）进行评估。
