To identify AZIN1 induced transcriptional changes associated with cancer cell migration, RNA-sequencing of PC3 cells after AZIN1 knockdown was performed. Differential gene expression analysis resulted in 1460 differentially expressed genes. Overall design: RNA Sequencing of siAZIN1 versus siScr (3 biological replicates) in PC3 cells/为鉴定AZIN1敲低所诱导的、与癌细胞迁移相关的转录变化，本研究对AZIN1敲低后的PC3细胞进行了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）。经差异基因表达分析，共获得1460个差异表达基因。实验整体设计：在PC3细胞中，比较靶向AZIN1的小干扰RNA（siAZIN1）组与阴性对照小干扰RNA（siScr）组的测序结果，每组设置3次生物学重复。
