Supplementary Proteomic Tables

This dataset contains fourteen files containing details of proteins identified in feline urine samples. They are available as Microsoft Excel Worksheets (.xlsx) and CSV files. No special software is required to view or edit the worksheets. This data is provided as supplementary information to accompany the Master of Science by Research thesis entitled 'TO TREAT OR NOT TO TREAT: INVESTIGATING DIAGNOSTIC APPROACHES TO FELINE SUBCLINICAL BACTERIURIA AND URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS AND RESPONSIBLE USE OF ANTIMICROBIALS' submitted for examination in November 2019 within Bristol Veterinary School, Faculty of Health Sciences. Each worksheet is referenced within the text of the above thesis. Column headings are as follows: Protein Accession Number, Protein Description, Protein Area, #Peptides matched for each sample, #Amino Acids, Molecular Weight (kDa).

本数据集作为附属补充材料，配合2019年11月于健康科学学院布里斯托尔兽医学院提交并接受评审的研究型理学硕士论文《治与不治：探究猫亚临床菌尿与尿路感染的诊断方法及抗菌药物合理使用》使用。上述论文正文中对每个工作表均有引用。
工作表的列标题如下：蛋白质登录号（Protein Accession Number）、蛋白质描述、蛋白质峰面积、各样本匹配肽段数、氨基酸数、分子量（kDa）。
