Capsicum chinense and Capsicum baccatum SNP data

Three datasets are reported: i) a matrix of 29,820 SNPs for the entire collection including 103 individuals of both species, ii) a matrix of 22,739 SNPs for C. chinense, iii) a matrix of 24,290 SNPs for C. baccatum.本研究共报道了三类数据集：i) 涵盖两个物种共103个个体的全部采集样本的29820个单核苷酸多态性位点（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）矩阵；ii) 针对C. chinense的22739个单核苷酸多态性位点矩阵；iii) 针对C. baccatum的24290个单核苷酸多态性位点矩阵。
