YTHDF2 irCLIP-seq

We performed irCLIP-seq to determine the mRNA targets of YTHDF2 in mouse hematopoietic progenitor cell line HPC-7 Three replicates of irCLIP-seq mouse hematopoietic stem cells.本研究开展了红外交联免疫沉淀测序（irCLIP-seq）实验，以鉴定小鼠造血祖细胞系HPC-7中YTHDF2的mRNA靶标；同时设置了小鼠造血干细胞的irCLIP-seq三次生物学重复。
