Alaska Soils Temperature Daily Database 2024

This database contains mean daily temperatures for sites associated with the Alaska Thermokarst Monitoring network. The data are from projects that we have conducted, as well as data compiled from some other project and publicly available data. The temperature data focus mainly on surface and deep (mainly ~ 1 meter [m], usually below the active layer) soils. This database is continually updated and currently includes only a portion of the soil temperature monitoring sites. The Access Database has 4 main data tables (tbl_) that include the MaintLog (maintenance log), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Summary (listing of gapfilling methods and quality), Sites (site environmental characteristics) and Soil_Temperatures_Daily (mean daily temperatures). Environmental characteristics in the Site table can be used for analyzing environmental effects on soil temperatures. Tables were exported to csv format for archiving.

本数据库收录了与阿拉斯加热喀斯特监测网络（Alaska Thermokarst Monitoring Network）相关监测站点的日均土壤温度数据。数据集来源包括本团队开展的科研项目实测数据、其他项目的汇总整理数据以及公开可获取的公开数据。该温度数据主要聚焦于表层及深层（约1米[m]，通常位于活动层以下）的土壤。本数据库处于持续更新状态，目前仅收录了部分土壤温度监测站点的数据。本Access数据库包含4个前缀为tbl_的核心数据表，分别为维护日志表（MaintLog）、质量保证与质量控制（Quality Assurance/Quality Control，QAQC）汇总表（含间隙填充方法与质量等级清单）、站点环境特征表（Sites）以及日均土壤温度表（Soil_Temperatures_Daily）。站点表中的环境特征参数可用于分析环境因素对土壤温度的影响。所有数据表均已导出为CSV格式以进行归档存储。
