SSU sequences from a semi-arid region plant and soil samples

Samples of bulk soil, and fine roots and rhizosphere of Medicago truncatula were collected at four sites with the same aridity index (6.1) at Bou-Hedma National Park in Tunisia. Diversity was assessed by 454- pyrosequencing targeting the SSU rDNA region.

本研究于突尼斯布赫德马国家公园（Bou-Hedma National Park）内4个干旱指数均为6.1的采样点，采集了蒺藜苜蓿（Medicago truncatula）的非根际土壤、细根及根际土壤样品。采用靶向小亚基核糖体DNA（SSU rDNA）区域的454焦磷酸测序技术，对样品的多样性进行了评估。
