<i>Populus yunnanensis</i> transcriptome sequences contains twenty-four bark samples from four positions of inverted and upright cuttings with three replicates. Approximately 6 GB of raw PE150 reads (SRA accession: PRJNA506110) were quality-trimmed and de novo assembly and 275575 unigenes were produced. 云南杨（Populus yunnanensis）转录组测序数据集包含24份树皮样本，样本取自倒插与直立插条的4个部位，每个部位设置3次生物学重复。本研究获取了约6 GB的原始PE150双端测序读段（序列读取档案（SRA）登录号：PRJNA506110），经质量修剪与从头转录组组装后，共获得275575个单基因（unigene）。该数据集关联论文《倒插云南杨插条树皮组织转录组分析揭示植物激素在响应倒插处理中的关键作用》。
