The transmission fiber length test primarily evaluates the optical signal transmission distance through fibers when the module operates at a 1 Tb/s transmission capacity. This test is developed to meet the requirement specified in Clause 2.3 of the project task specification, which mandates that the optical transmission distance of 1 Tb/s coherent optical transceiver modules shall exceed 600 km. The dataset is derived from either theoretical calculations or data collected and processed using an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) under laboratory conditions. It includes measurement results for six fiber span lengths, with a total data size of 24.48 MB.
