The human skin microbiome in psoriasis

The aim of this study was to investigate the differences in skin microbiota (on the trunk) between psoriasis (PS) patients and healthy controls (HC). Multiplex Illumina MiSeq marker gene sequencing of V3 and V4 hyper-variable regions of bacterial 16S rRNA was used to define skin microbial communities.

本研究旨在探究银屑病（psoriasis, PS）患者与健康对照（healthy controls, HC）的躯干皮肤微生物群差异。本研究采用针对细菌16S rRNA的V3、V4高变区的多重Illumina MiSeq标记基因测序技术，以明确皮肤微生物群落组成。
