Two-photon calcium imaging of cPcdha2 and cPcdha-del2–11 mouse cortex (Red: tdTomato, Green: GCaMP7.09)

This dataset includes two-photon calcium imaging movies from mouse cortical neurons expressing either cPcdha2 or cPcdha-del2–11. tdTomato (red) labels cPcdha2-expressing neurons, and GCaMP7.09 (green) reports neuronal activity.
