Incubation experiments with natural seawater from two sites in the Toulon bay (NW Mediterranean sea) were conducted to investigate the relationship between an increasing range of seawater copper concentrations and biofilm formation around LDPE microplastics, its composition including both prokaryotes and eukaryotes, and its role in Cu bioaccumulation.

本研究以地中海西北部（NW Mediterranean Sea）土伦湾两处采样点的天然海水为介质开展培养实验，旨在探究海水铜浓度梯度变化与低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）微塑料表面生物膜形成、该生物膜（涵盖原核生物与真核生物）的群落组成，以及该生物膜在铜生物富集过程中所发挥的作用之间的关联。
