To understand the transcriptional landscape at the single-cell level during the early phases of COVID-19, we employed scRNA-seq approach using BAL cells of rhesus macaques at 0-3 days post infection (dpi). Overall design: 14 BAL samples from rhesus macaques: day 0, (SARS-CoV-2 infection, baseline, n = 3), day 1 post infection (1dpi Inf, n = 4), 2 dpi (n=3) and 3 dpi (n = 4)
为解析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)感染早期阶段的单细胞转录组图谱,本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,对感染后0至3天的恒河猴支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage, BAL)细胞开展测序分析。实验整体设计如下:共收集14份恒河猴支气管肺泡灌洗液样本,其中感染前基线对照组样本(0dpi)3份、感染后1天(1dpi)感染组样本4份、感染后2天(2dpi)样本3份,以及感染后3天(3dpi)样本4份。
