Comparasion between SKOV3-shRNARELB and SKOV3-shRNALuc. Homo sapiens

Analysis of genes differentially expressed in ovarian cancer cells with sirna of Rel B in transient transfections was performed. Overall design: Two groups were analyzed in triplicate each. The First group was SKOV· cells transfected with iRNARelB and the other group was transfected with siRNALuciferase.

本研究对经瞬时转染RelB靶向小干扰RNA（small interfering RNA，siRNA）的卵巢癌细胞中的差异表达基因展开了分析。实验设计概述：本次实验共设置两组样本，每组均设置三次生物学重复。第一组为转染iRNARelB的SKOV·细胞，第二组为转染siRNALuciferase的细胞。
