Amplicon sequencing of the olive tree-associated root (endospheric) bacterial community

Root samples were collected from Variety Arbequina orchards at three locations (Berclair, Moulton, and Carrizo Springs) and seasons in Texas, USA, to understand the species composition and diversity within the community.
