To investigate the regulatory effect of exosomes released from CAFs cells on Cal-27 cells after hOMF is activated by PDGF to become CAFs, high-throughput sequencing was performed on co-cultured Cal-27 cells. The RNA-seq data of Cal-27 cells co-cultured with CAFs-Exo or hOMF-Exo were analyzed and compared for gene expression profiling.
为探究经血小板衍生生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor, PDGF)激活并转化为癌相关成纤维细胞(Cancer-associated fibroblasts, CAFs)的人口腔黏膜成纤维细胞(human oral mucosal fibroblasts, hOMF)所分泌的外泌体(exosomes)对Cal-27细胞的调控作用,本研究对共培养的Cal-27细胞进行了高通量测序。随后针对与CAFs来源外泌体(CAFs-Exo)或hOMF来源外泌体(hOMF-Exo)共培养的Cal-27细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据展开分析,并对比其基因表达谱。
