CONSTRUCTION OF MINI OVEN FOR THERMAL FUNCTIONALIZATION OF MONOLITHIC STATIONARY PHASES

The present work describes a mini oven built to be applied in the preparation of monolithic stationary phase through the thermal polymerization approach. The developed device was successfully tested for functionalization of monolithic stationary phase in the internal surface of the silica capillary column fused with gold nanoparticles.本研究介绍了一款微型烘箱，其专为通过热聚合法(thermal polymerization approach)制备整体式固定相(monolithic stationary phase)而设计搭建。所研制的该装置已成功应用于负载金纳米颗粒(gold nanoparticles)的熔融二氧化硅毛细管柱(fused silica capillary column)内表面的整体式固定相功能化改性测试。
