In the present study, synthesis of novel ceramic material copper yttrium titanium oxide CuY2Ti4O12 is proposed by ordinary solid state reaction method due to lower sintering temperature by semi wet route. Dataset of the paper highlights the effects of sintering temperature on dielectric properties and crystalline phase of CYTO materials. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss of CuY2Ti4O12 (CYTO) ceramic materials were studied with respect to temperature and frequency CuY2Ti4O12 (CYTO) ceramic by semi-wet route synthesis, the X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern was used to confirm the crystalline plane which exhibit high intensity of CYTO ceramic material at 15000 cps, calculated by X-ray diffraction pattern. The dielectric constant increases with increasing temperature and decreases with frequency. The high value of dielectric constant was found to be εˈ ≈ 12×103 at 495 K, 100 Hz, at low frequency due to the presence of interfacial polarization in the ceramic materials.

本研究提出采用结合半湿合成工艺的普通固相反应法,合成新型陶瓷材料钛酸铜钇(copper yttrium titanium oxide,CuY2Ti4O12,简称CYTO),该方案可有效降低烧结温度。本文数据集重点探讨了烧结温度对CYTO陶瓷材料介电性能与晶相结构的影响。针对半湿合成法制备的CuY2Ti4O12(CYTO)陶瓷材料,本文研究了其介电常数与介电损耗随温度和频率的变化规律;通过X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)图谱对其晶面进行表征,经XRD图谱计算可知,CYTO陶瓷材料在15000 cps下展现出高强度衍射峰。介电常数随温度升高而增大,随频率升高而降低。在低频条件下,由于陶瓷材料存在界面极化效应,该材料在495 K、100 Hz时的介电常数峰值可达ε' ≈ 12×10³。
