The transcriptome pattern in blastocyst that developed from oocytes exposed to the high level of NEFAs with cocultured of monolayer of GSs was investigated. 本研究针对经单层GSs共培养、且暴露于高浓度非酯化脂肪酸（Non-Esterified Fatty Acids, NEFAs）的卵母细胞发育所得囊胚的转录组模式展开探究。研究采用EDMA平台，通过基因芯片技术开展全基因组转录组分析。实验设计：设置两组对照实验，以每10枚囊胚作为1个混合样本，共制备4个混合样本，分别于胚胎发育第7天和第8天采集样本。
