This is a dataset designed for the paper "Bearing Unbalance Fault Diagnosis Based on RFH-GAN and PSA-DRSN".Test the bearing support motor shaft. Using electric discharge alone to introduce point faults into the test bearing, the diameter of the fault is 7 mils, 14 mils, 21 mils, 28 mils, and 40 mils for machining (1 mil=0.001 inch). SKEFL bearings are used for faults with diameters of 7, 14, and 21 mils, as well as NTN 28 mil and 40 mil faults using equivalent bearings. The specifications of the drive end and fan end bearings, including bearing geometry and defect frequency, are listed in the bearing specifications.

本数据集为论文《基于RFH-GAN与PSA-DRSN的轴承不平衡故障诊断》所构建,其测试对象为轴承支撑的电机轴。仅采用放电加工工艺在试验轴承上制备点状故障,故障直径分别为7密耳、14密耳、21密耳、28密耳与40密耳(1密耳=0.001英寸)。针对直径7、14、21密耳的故障,采用SKEFL轴承;直径28、40密耳的故障则使用等效NTN轴承。驱动端与风扇端轴承的规格参数(含轴承几何结构与故障特征频率)已收录于轴承规格表中。
