Territorial springs of the mobility organising authorities (AOM) in Hauts-de-France - SRADDET 2020

They manage public transport in their respective territories called "territorial nationals", they organise regular public passenger transport services (including school transport). The concept of territorial jurisdiction, which replaces that of urban transport perimeter previously in force, is derived from the law of 27 January 2014 on the modernisation of territorial public action and the affirmation of metropolitan areas (known as the MAPTAM law).
