Systematic Study of in vitro Selection Stringency Reveals How to Enrich High-Affinity Aptamers

Library-immobilized SELEX was performed with an N30 stem-loop structured DNA library to isolate an aptamer that binds to the small molecule flunixin. Pools from various trials were sequenced.采用固定化文库指数富集配体系统进化（Systematic Evolution of Ligands by Exponential Enrichment, SELEX）技术，以带有N30茎环结构的DNA文库为材料，筛选可结合小分子氟尼辛（flunixin）的适配体；并对各轮试验获得的文库池进行了测序。
