Revised draft genomes of the type strains Rhodomicrobium vannielii ATCC 17100 and Rhodomicrobium udaipurense JA643 Genome sequencing and assembly. Rhodomicrobium

R. vannielii ATCC 17100 and R. udaipurense JA643 draft genomes were assembled to address errors in the original sequences to facilitate genetic manipulations. These errors became apparent following PCR and sequencing analysis.
