A phylogenomic analysis reveals a new strain of Streptomyces caused post-obstructive pneumonia in an immunocompetent patient with lung cancer: case report

Morphological and physiological study of this strain revealed that the strain was assigned to Streptomyces. To our knowledge, this is the third documented case of Streptomyces pneumonia in an immunocompetent patient.
