HiChIP data generated for the retinoic acid-induced mESC differentiation at day 4. We introduce DC3 (for De-Convolution and Coupled-Clustering) as a method for the joint analysis of bulk HiChIP, scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq data from the same heterogeneous cell population.
本数据集包含视黄酸诱导的小鼠胚胎干细胞(mouse embryonic stem cell, mESC)在分化第4天时产生的HiChIP数据。我们提出DC3(De-Convolution and Coupled-Clustering,即去卷积与耦合聚类)方法,用于对来自同一异质性细胞群体的批量HiChIP、单细胞RNA测序(scRNA-seq)及单细胞ATAC测序(scATAC-seq)数据进行联合分析。
