LKB1 regulates the transcriptome of immortalized endometrial cells. Homo sapiens

List of differentially-expressed transcripts following LKB1 knockdown with two non-overlapping shRNA constructs. Overall design: Immortalized endometrial cells were stably transfected with two non-overlapping shRNA constructs (408-shRNA1, 409-shRNA2) and a non-target reference control (NT). RNA was harvested from dividing cells and loaded onto the Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip.采用两种非重叠短发夹RNA（shRNA）构建体敲低LKB1后的差异表达转录本列表。实验整体设计：将两种非重叠短发夹RNA（shRNA）构建体（408-shRNA1、409-shRNA2）及非靶向参考对照（NT）稳定转染至永生化子宫内膜细胞中；收集增殖状态细胞的总RNA，将其上样至Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 表达微珠芯片（Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip）进行检测。
