Metagenomics study from tribal population of Arunachal Pradesh

The present study will help us to identify the hidden genetic features, novel genes, enzymes, pathways and bioactive molecules that will help to detect the state of diseases in the tribes. Thus, identifying the unique strains that effectively out-compete gut pathogens will be a promising therapeutic option.

本研究旨在挖掘隐藏的遗传特征、新型基因、酶类、通路及生物活性分子，以此实现对该部落人群疾病状态的检测。此外，筛选出可有效竞争性抑制肠道病原菌的独特菌株，将成为颇具潜力的治疗选择。
