第二次海南R＆D资源清查主要数据公报（第二号）

为全面掌握我省R&D活动情况，更好地适应新形势下宏观管理的需求，根据国家统计局、科技部、国家发展改革委员会、教育部、财政部、国防科工局六部委下发的《关于开展第二次全国R&D资源清查的通知》精神（国统字[2009]57号），省统计局、科技厅、发展和改革委共同牵头，会同教育厅、财政厅组成海南省第二次R&D资源清查领导小组及清查办公室，负责实施全省R&D资源清查工作。此次清查的标准时点为2009年12月31日，时期资料为2010年度。

To fully grasp the R&D activities in Hainan Province and better meet the needs of macro-management under the new situation, in accordance with the spirit of the Notice on Carrying out the Second National R&D Resources Census (Guotongzi [2009] No. 57) issued by six ministries and commissions including the National Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, and State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, Department of Science and Technology and Development and Reform Commission jointly took the lead, and together with the Department of Education and Department of Finance, formed the Leading Group and Census Office for the Second R&D Resources Census of Hainan Province to implement the province-wide R&D resources census work. The standard reference time point of this census is December 31, 2009, and the periodical data covers the year 2010.
