The purpose of this study was to understand the response of trabecular meshwork under mechanical stretch using a multi-omics approach. Gene expression analysis of trabecular meshwork cells subjected to cyclic mechanical stretch compared to unstretched controls. Primary HTM cell cultures were subjected to 15% stretching at 0.69 Hz frequency for 8 h for mRNA sequencing analysis.
