The current study aimed to establish a discriminative gene-based classifier of survival outcomes of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) patients by exploring global gene-expression profiles of progressive versus progression-free T-LBL patients for differentially expressed candidate genes. Overall design: Affymetrix Human Gene 2.0 ST microarray (ThermoFisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) was used to select differentially expressed genes. Our microarray identified differentially expressed mRNAs between 22 progressive and 28 progression-free T-LBL patients.

本研究旨在通过对比进展性与无进展性T细胞淋巴母细胞瘤（T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, T-LBL）患者的全局基因表达谱，筛选差异表达候选基因，进而构建可精准区分T-LBL患者生存结局的基因分类器。实验设计：采用Affymetrix人类基因2.0 ST微阵列（ThermoFisher Scientific，美国马萨诸塞州沃尔瑟姆）筛选差异表达基因。本微阵列在22例进展性T-LBL患者与28例无进展性T-LBL患者中鉴定出差异表达的mRNA。
