Candida albicans is the most common pathogen causing invasive candidiasis. Pseudolaric acid A (PAA) is a diterpenoid mainly derived from pine bark of pseudolarix kaempferi, which has been used to treat the dermatomycosis caused by microbe infection.The present study aimed to evaluate the effect and mechanism of PAA alone and in combination with FLC in against C. albicans by RNA-seq.

白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)是引发侵袭性念珠菌病的最常见致病菌。土槿甲酸A(Pseudolaric acid A, PAA)是一类主要源自金钱松(Pseudolarix kaempferi)树皮的二萜类化合物,既往被用于治疗微生物感染所致的皮肤真菌病。本研究旨在通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,评估土槿甲酸A单独使用以及与FLC联合使用时,针对白色念珠菌的作用效果与作用机制。
