This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of the facility based on walking distance.邻里尺度（步行800米、耗时10分钟）下，面积大于5公顷的社区体验型绿地（neighborhood-experience green）低可达性覆盖区（相关内容可参阅地理数据门户、开放地理数据门户，量化数据详见《城市数据图集》）。 规划中面积大于5公顷的社区体验型绿地低可达性覆盖区：艾兰岛与斯海尔德码头片区。 本数据集所定义的社区体验型绿地包括： 1. 面积大于5公顷（即50000平方米）且向公众开放的绿地：涵盖公园、袖珍公园、立体绿化、堡垒绿地、遛狗区、城市森林、游乐林、公墓、绿色游乐场、可公共进入的建筑附属绿地，例如马斯韦斯特公园（Mastvest）、斯泰特林克公园（Steytelinckpark）、布肯贝格公园（Boekenbergpark）； 2. 面积大于5公顷且未完全封闭的农业或农用绿地； 3. 面积大于5公顷且未完全封闭的自然绿地：例如霍博肯圩田（Hobokense Polder）、沃尔文山（Wolvenberg）。 本数据图层每年1月更新，前提是相关主管部门或服务机构每年对该设施进行管理与更新。 该设施的可达范围基于步行距离划定，同时需考量重要通行阻隔（水域、环路、高速公路、铁路等）以及为弱势道路使用者设置的安全过街设施（隧道、桥梁、带交通信号灯的人行横道）： - 街区单元设施：步行150米/耗时2分钟可达； - 邻里级设施：步行400米/耗时5分钟可达； - 社区级设施：步行800米/耗时10分钟，或步行1000米/耗时15分钟可达； - 片区级设施：步行1600米/耗时20分钟或骑行10分钟可达，或步行2400米/耗时30分钟或骑行15分钟可达。 总计约有50处社区居住配套设施被纳入可达性覆盖范围。 结合短缺覆盖区图层，本数据图层可直观展示该设施的空间分布情况，助力政策制定者基于步行可达性规划设施的均衡空间布局。
