补充材料9:表S9。本表格呈现的是针对以雷帕霉素(rapamycin)为主效因素、按线粒体核基因型(mitonuclear genotype)分组的差异表达基因所开展的基因本体(Gene Ontology)富集分析结果。所有分析均基于clusterProfiler工具完成,具体流程为先通过enrichGO函数进行富集分析,再调用simplify函数对富集结果进行简化,且覆盖全部“性别-组织-线粒体核基因型”组合。
