The mapping family was composed of F1 hybrids obtained by crossing the resistant female parent <i>Vitis amurensis Rupr.</i> “PI 588631” with the pollen donor <i>Vitis vinifera</i> “Valley Pearl.” This cross was performed in 2014, and the resulting hybrids were planted at the ARS San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center (latitude 36°81′N, longitude 119°72′W). These F1 hybrids served as the basis for studying resistance to grape powdery mildew. The data set includes marker data that was used to develop genetic map and phenotype data generated from Blackbird microscopy robot analysis of grapevine powdery mildew (<i>Erysiphe necator</i>) severity.
本作图群体由抗病雌性亲本山葡萄(Vitis amurensis Rupr.)"PI 588631"与花粉供体欧亚种葡萄(Vitis vinifera)"Valley Pearl"杂交获得的F1杂交后代组成。该杂交组合于2014年完成,所得杂交后代种植于美国农业研究局(ARS)圣华金河谷农业科学中心(北纬36°81′,西经119°72′)。这些F1杂交后代作为研究葡萄白粉病抗性的核心实验材料。本数据集包含用于构建遗传图谱的分子标记数据,以及通过Blackbird显微机器人(Blackbird microscopy robot)分析葡萄白粉病菌(Erysiphe necator)侵染严重度所获得的表型数据。
