This repository contains the survey data and supporting materials for the study "How Does a Blockchain-based refund system enchance transparency and customer adoption in E-Commerce?” The dataset was collected from e-commerce users who had previous experience with product returns or refund processes. It was used to examine customer perceptions of a blockchain-based refund system in reverse supply chains. The study measures cost saving, traceability, data privacy security, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and adoption intention. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4 to test the proposed research model and hypotheses. This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on blockchain adoption in e-commerce and reverse logistics.
