To investigate the targets of 4E-T in postnatal V-SVZ precursors cultured as neurospheres We performed RNA immunoprecipitations (RIPseq) on neurosphere lysates with anti-4E-T or control anti-IgG antibodies, isolated and sequenced the resulting RNA Neurospheres from the V-SVZ of P7/P8 animals were cultured for 7 days, and immunoprecipitations were performed using anti-4E-T or anti-IgG control antibodies, and the associated mRNA was isolated

为探究以神经球（neurosphere）培养的出生后脑室下区（ventricular-subventricular zone, V-SVZ）前体细胞中4E-T的作用靶标，我们以抗4E-T抗体及对照抗IgG抗体，对神经球裂解物开展RNA免疫共沉淀测序（RIPseq），并对所得RNA进行分离与测序。本实验中，我们从P7/P8龄动物的V-SVZ区域分离得到神经球前体，将其培养7天后，采用抗4E-T抗体或抗IgG对照抗体开展免疫共沉淀实验，进而分离得到与之结合的mRNA。
