为探究以神经球(neurosphere)培养的出生后脑室下区(ventricular-subventricular zone, V-SVZ)前体细胞中4E-T的作用靶标,我们以抗4E-T抗体及对照抗IgG抗体,对神经球裂解物开展RNA免疫共沉淀测序(RIPseq),并对所得RNA进行分离与测序。本实验中,我们从P7/P8龄动物的V-SVZ区域分离得到神经球前体,将其培养7天后,采用抗4E-T抗体或抗IgG对照抗体开展免疫共沉淀实验,进而分离得到与之结合的mRNA。
