The dataset include plant physiology data (photosynthesis, stomatal conductance), plant morphology data (leaf mass index) species abundance data (relative plant cover) relative to the shrub species <i>Cistus monspeliensis</i>, <i>Dorycnium pentaphyllum </i>and <i>Helichrysum microphyllum</i>;furthermore, it include soil relative content data. All data are recorded at italian experimental site of the project INCREASE (an Integrated Network on Climate Research Activities on Shrubland Ecosystems) located in regional parc of Porto Conte - Capo Caccia, Sardinia, Italy.
本数据集涵盖植物生理学数据(plant physiology data),包含光合速率(photosynthesis)与气孔导度(stomatal conductance)两类指标;植物形态学数据(plant morphology data),以叶质量指数(leaf mass index)为表征参数;以及针对灌木物种蒙彼利埃岩蔷薇(Cistus monspeliensis)、五叶山豆(Dorycnium pentaphyllum)和微叶蜡菊(Helichrysum microphyllum)的物种丰度数据(species abundance data),采用相对植物盖度(relative plant cover)作为丰度表征指标;此外还包含土壤相对含量数据(soil relative content data)。所有数据均采集自INCREASE项目(Integrated Network on Climate Research Activities on Shrubland Ecosystems,即灌木生态系统气候研究活动综合网络)的意大利试验站点,该站点位于意大利撒丁岛波尔托孔特-卡恰角区域保护区内。
