The JEFF-3.1 library was released with spontaneous fission of Cm-242, Cm-244 and Cf-252. The data represent a development of the UKFY3 file described in the PhD thesis of R.W. Mills, which was itself developed from earlier UK evaluations described in AEAT reports AEA-TRS-1015 (1991), AEA-TRS-1018 (1991) and AEA-TRS-1019 (1991).
